The Utah Department of Veterans and Military Affairs (UDVMA) has been working with Neumeric Technologies Corporation (NTC) for the last 10 months to develop a Mobile application that will help expand our agency's ability to connect with Utah's veterans. NTC has been wonderful to work with throughout this project. Their CEO was involved extensively in the initial project kickoff and the hand off to their Project manager and development team went very well.

As this was our first foray into mobile application development, the NTC development team was very responsive to project changes that came about as a result of our agency learning more about how a mobile application would affect our processes.

The NTC Team assigned a project manager who was truly there to represent the client by ensuring that the project addressed all of the items that were contracted for and sought to ensure that there was value added in the various features of the mobile application. Every phase was well defined and process related questions were answered during the project kickoff. Due to our inexperience with mobile application development, NTC set up a weekly meeting to update our agency on the progress and to allow us to be flexible and make changes as we learned more.

Not only would I be willing to contract with Neumeric Technologies Corporation again, I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone seeking to develop an IT solution for their organization.
